Saturday’s Dinner

S invited a couple of his friends to dinner and here’s what I cooked on Saturday-
Gobi Manchurian

Paneer Butter Masala

Chinese Fried Rice

Rasmalai
Of course, we bought some Garlic Naans and Rotis from the store and popped them in the oven. Of all the dishes, S’s favourite was the Gobi Manchurian, he has had paneer varieties quite often. His friends seemed to love the Paneer Butter Masala and that was wiped clean. Though I didn’t have the time to click pictures of the process for each dish, I’ve managed to click some nonetheless.


After some fine Fenn Valley wine and Champagne (that our friends brought along), we begun dinner.
